Adventist Community Services / South Georgia is a faith-based social service agency, functioning under the 501(c)3 of the Georgia Cumberland Conference of Seventh-day Adventists, serving 97 counties of Central and South Georgia. We operate 100% on contributions from churches, and individuals, and appreciate the partial support of the Georgia-Cumberland Conference. We work closely with state, county, and other private agencies to provide the best service possible to those in need regardless of age, handicap, religion, sexual preference, ethnicity, or country of origin.
All contributions stay in Central and South Georgia. We do not have to share a percentage to our home office in Silver Spring, MD. And, contributions do not pay any administrative expenses. All donations/contributions are used 100% for ministry/services.

Our Mission:
1995 is the year that Adventist Community Services started an Agency in South Georgia. ACS/SGA is the only mobile/rural ACS Agency in North America.
The mission of Adventist Community Services is to serve the community in Christ’s name. God wants us to have a complete safe, peaceful, perfect, whole, full life.
Adventist Community Services / South Georgia is a caring organization dedicated to meeting the needs of citizens in Central and South Georgia. Understanding that there are many needs among this populace, and believing that Christ is our example in service, the purpose of this organization is to meet those needs appropriately through emergency food and clothing, assistance to the elderly, lifestyle education, health screening, disaster response, or whatever needs are made evident.

Community Action for Improvement, with a mission to assist low income families in achieving self-sufficiency and self-empowerment through the delivery of high-quality social services, … has expanded its programs to include employment readiness, re-entry, and homeless prevention and Veterans services.
LaGrange Personal Aid Association, is a non-profit organization, established to provide temporary assistance to residents of the Troup County / West Georgia area during time of distress, illness or disability. Assistance is provided at the time of need, in whatever form is suitable to the client’s situation.
Three Rivers Area Agency on Aging, our mission is to promote independence and well-being for older persons and adults with disabilities in the Three Rivers Region by providing quality programs and services.
Troup Connects is a supportive program … which provides an accessible method of transportation for essential needs of the citizens of Troup County. The program gives priority to elderly adults and those with disabilities. Troup County Transit provides curb-to-curb service as a shared ride system so availability is first come, first serve.
Troup County Resources, a community resource for LaGrange, West Point, Hogansville and ALL of Troup County.
